GES can provide hands-on engineering services to cater to the needs of its clients, while maintaining quality, managing workloads, and meeting project and client deadlines. GES has the ability to perform, manage and administer a variety of civil engineering projects. GES is a smaller, client-oriented firm with project members and principals who believe that the principal in charge of each project should remain involved throughout the entire process, from conception until beyond completion of construction. Having an owner of the firm involved ensures a sound design, proper coordination, and better overall quality control. While many challenges are met solely by our in-house staff, we often work as a valuable member of a collaborative team. The relationships GES has built with these partnering firms allows us to offer a greater diversity of services, while ensuring that specialized expertise is provided for every facet of the project. J. Dean Grob, PE, Principal of GES is a graduate of the University of Kansas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1985 and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with honors in 1988. Prior to creating GES, Dean worked for Black & Veatch Engineers in Kansas City, Missouri and over the past nine years has served in the construction industry.
