September 2005 to Present - Grob Engineering Services, L.L.C.:
Mr. Grob is the principal of Grob Engineering Services L.L.C. His duties include the overall operations and management of the firm.  He performs or oversees all engineering projects, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, land development planning, civil design, construction management, construction quality assurance, and overall consulting services.

January 1997 to August 2005 - R.D. Johnson Excavating Company, Inc.:
Mr. Grob was a project manager/project engineer responsible for the overall bidding, procurement, project management, value engineering, storm water pollution prevention plan permitting, scheduling, construction supervision, and project closeout for the majority of the company projects.  He oversaw public projects, from the local level to state and federally funded, and private developments.  Mr. Grob was the project manager on a City of Lawrence street roundabout awarded one of the projects of the year by KPWA.

January 1988 to December 1996 - Black & Veatch Engineers-Consultants:
Mr. Grob was a project civil engineer with the firm’s energy group and solid waste group and specialized in geotechnical and landfill engineering design and construction management services. Mr. Grob’s responsibilities as geotechnical engineer included technical evaluations and analysis of soil data, foundation analysis, and earthen embankment analysis; landfill permitting, design, phasing, and closure designs; construction management of field operations such as sanitary landfills, earthen construction projects,  and roller compacted concrete placement; design and implementation of subsurface exploration programs for description of geologic conditions, excavation techniques, required geotechnical earth monitoring equipment and foundation design parameters.

Mr. Grob has extensive experience on projects as a lead Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Officer including a RCRA Hazardous Waste Disposal Facility and Subtitle D Landfills.

2006 to Present - Grob Engineering Services, L.L.C.:
Mr. Costello is a project civil engineer with Grob Engineering Services L.L.C. His duties include design and construction document preparation for projects involving sanitary sewer, public water systems, streets and parking facilities, site grading, and stormwater management and pollution prevention.  Mr. Costello is also responsible for hydrological analysis of river and levee systems, floodplains, and stormwater detention facilities.

2003 to 2006 –Tradewind Energy:
Mr. Costello was a project manager/engineer for a wind energy development firm.  He was responsible for meteorological testing and analysis, including field installations of meteorological towers; collection, monitoring, and management of wind data; and project site modeling for wind energy output, turbine selection, and optimization of site layout.  Other duties included conducting environmental assessments, land leasing, maintenance and repair of towers, site prospecting, and management of GIS data.

2001 to 2003 – Landplan Engineering:
Mr. Costello was a project civil engineer for Landplan Engineering, specializing in hydrologic analysis.  His duties included floodplain modeling and delineation, design of storm sewers and stormwater detention facilities, and river modeling and analysis.  Other duties included construction inspection, environmental permitting, and structural design of reinforced concrete retaining walls.
